Quality Policy

Quality Management System

In order to earn customer trust and better contribute to society, Energy Support strives to improve the quality of products and services through our quality policy.
We utilize international ISO 9001 standards at the core of our quality management system and have continued to implement improvement cycles even after obtaining certification.

Compliance and Fair Trade

Energy Support complies with all relevant laws and regulations, and is committed to conducting fair, free, and transparent transactions. We view our suppliers as upstream partners and seek to build relationships of trust from an equal footing, with the aim of forming long-term partnerships with suppliers that excel at QCD. Furthermore, we also actively pursue sustainable procurement through measures such as information sharing at quarterly business partner meetings and explaining the NGK Group's procurement policy.

Basic Approach to Sourcing and Procurement

  1. Mutual prosperity based on mutual trust and consistent procurement activity
  2. Ensure quality, cost, and delivery through fair, free, and transparent business practices
  3. Respect for proprietary technology and specialized knowledge

Corporate Governance

Energy Support considers the strengthening of corporate governance to be one of our most important management priorities. Based on this principle, matters stipulated by the Companies Act and other laws, as well as important managerial matters are deliberated, decided, and reported on through procedures implemented by the Board of Directors, as well as executive committees and management meetings. Management and operational oversight are conducted through the Board of Directors and an auditing system, with auditors attending these meetings to the extent possible to audit operational execution, legal compliance, and internal governance. In addition, the Company coordinates with our accounting auditor for internal and corporate audits. Furthermore, to fulfill our corporate social responsibilities, we have established an internal audit office and are also working to implement our compliance framework.

Risk Management

At Energy Support, we are committed to enhancing our risk management framework in order to minimize any risks associated with our various business activities.
Regarding operational risks, they are reviewed and discussed during management meetings as well as throughout the decision-making process to mitigate and prevent them. In case of emergencies such as earthquakes, floods, fires, and other disasters, the Disaster Response Headquarters and the CSR Committee will take charge.
Furthermore, for risks related to day-to-day operations, we participate in the CSA (Control Self Assessment) survey adopted by our parent company, NGK Corporation, and try to prevent risks before they occur by analyzing the results.
